QUANGOs in Scotland
A QUANGO is a QUAsi Non Governmental Organisation. The term originated as a joke, but it seems to have stuck. Their supposed proliferation has resulted in calls from some for a "bonfire of the QUANGOs", but while they are still with us - here's where you can find them online.
